Payment details are processed through the payment service selected at checkout. We receive transaction information needed to manage the order; do not email a full card number or account password.

Why we use information

We use information to process and fulfill orders, check fit, obtain custom-order approvals, communicate about delivery, respond to support requests, manage returns and refunds, investigate fraud or disputes, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Device and usage information also helps operate, troubleshoot and understand the store.

A purchase, inquiry or acceptance of store terms is not consent to marketing messages. Order and support messages are used to service your request or transaction. If you receive marketing you no longer want, use its unsubscribe instruction or contact us. A privacy request does not require you to place an order.

Who receives information

We share information as needed for these purposes with:

• Shopify, which hosts the store and provides platform services.
• Payment services, which process the payment you choose, assess payment risk and manage refunds or disputes.

Partners may process information outside the United States. We limit the information shared for an order or support issue to what is relevant to that purpose. We may provide order, approval, communication and delivery records to the payment service handling a dispute.

Shopify uses personal information from your interactions with this store together with information from other Shopify merchants to improve services and provide features such as advertising, personalization and analytics. Depending on applicable law, disclosure for these purposes can constitute sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Your privacy choices and requests

Email us with the subject "Privacy request" to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or an applicable opt-out. Tell us the request and the email associated with your interactions. We may request proportionate information to verify identity or an authorized representative's authority. Do not send government identification unless we explain why it is needed and how to provide it securely.

Available rights, exceptions and response deadlines depend on applicable law. We handle requests within the period required by that law. Some information may need to be retained for an outstanding order, legal records, fraud prevention or a dispute. If we deny a request, we explain the reason and any appeal available under applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a legally protected privacy right.
