Read these conditions alongside the exact product description and confirmed specification. Product acknowledgments help document what was disclosed and agreed; they do not certify product safety, establish road legality or waive your nonwaivable rights. Contact minkmods@malikscaling.com before purchase if fit or included parts are unclear.

Our Terms, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy apply. Damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods, loss before proper delivery and required shipment-delay refunds remain covered for custom products as well as standard goods.

Fit and selected options

Give the exact year, make, model, trim and relevant factory equipment requested for your selected item. Read the included-parts list; selecting a display, paddle, heating, grip or trim option does not add other unlisted hardware. Obtain written fit and specification confirmation for a fit-dependent custom build before production. An interactive preview is a configuration aid, not proof of what will ship.

Made-to-order steering wheels

We confirm required vehicle information and the selected build with you in writing. You can cancel for a full refund until we email you that approved production has started. After that, changes and change-of-mind cancellations or returns are unavailable unless we expressly agree otherwise. A build that does not match the confirmed specification or fit confirmation has the separate remedies in the Refund Policy. No production cutoff removes shipment-delay cancellation rights.

Steering wheels and airbags affect vehicle safety. A qualified installer must determine compatibility, follow the vehicle manufacturer's installation and restraint-system procedures and inspect the completed work. Where the build reuses your factory airbag, the airbag is not supplied with the wheel. Do not fit an incompatible airbag or bypass a restraint-system warning. Stop driving and obtain qualified assistance if an airbag warning remains, the horn fails or steering behavior is abnormal.

An aftermarket wheel can affect airbag deployment. Factory functions such as heating, controls, hands-on detection and driver assistance must be checked for the exact build; do not assume they are retained because the wheel physically fits. We do not proceed with a confirmed build that cannot retain a required safety function, and refund an order we cannot supply as confirmed.

The relevant product confirmations are:

Built to order: I will confirm my car and build by email. Once Mink Mods emails me that production has started, I cannot cancel, change or return it for a change of mind.
Airbag installation: A qualified installer will transfer my factory airbag (not included). An aftermarket wheel can affect airbag deployment. I will not drive with an airbag warning light.

These confirmations do not authorize an unsafe or incompatible build.

Digital rear emblems and rear display sets

Treat rear displays as parked-display accessories. Switch the display off before driving on public roads. Lighting restrictions can apply to installation as well as illumination; being switched off does not establish legality in every location. Confirm the supplied power and shutoff method before installation. Do not show emergency-light patterns or present the accessory as approved vehicle lighting without specific supporting evidence.

Off while driving: I'll use the emblem only when parked and switch it off before driving on public roads. I'm responsible for following my state's lighting laws.

Plate frames and plate-related accessories

A frame is not an official registration plate. Keep the plate's number, state identification, stickers and other required markings visible and readable. Check the actual frame against the plate and local requirements before installation; photos do not prove that all markings will remain visible.

Do not install or use a product to obscure a registration plate on public roads, including when parked on a public street. Restrictions can apply to sale or possession as well as use. A show-use acknowledgment does not overcome those restrictions. Any destination restriction disclosed for a selected item applies to the order; an unsupported order is cancelled and refunded.

Door projectors and interior lighting

Use only the confirmed electrical specification and installation method. Do not wire into restraint systems, cover airbag deployment areas or install controls or wiring where they interfere with safe operation. Exterior-visible colors, flashing patterns and additional lighting can be restricted. Avoid distraction and prohibited patterns; check the requirements where the vehicle is operated. No general lighting note certifies a kit's road legality.

Custom text and designs

Submit only material you own or have permission to use. We send a proof before making a custom design. Check spelling, layout and the selected specification before approving it. After proof approval, change-of-mind cancellations and returns are unavailable; a finished item that materially differs from the approved proof remains covered. We may decline unlawful or infringing material and refund the affected unfulfilled item.

The relevant confirmation is:

Design rights: I have the right to use the text or design I send. Once I approve the proof, there are no change-of-mind cancellations or returns.

Cart and checkout confirmations

Where the storefront presents an agreement checkbox, its wording is:

Cart: I agree to the terms and policies.
Product express checkout: For Shop Pay or Buy it now: I agree to the terms and policies.

The linked terms and policies are the Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and this page. Eligible standard items may be requested for a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery, subject to the Refund Policy's conditions and authorization. Custom-production and proof-approval cutoffs apply. Defect and other required remedies remain available.

Confirmations submitted through a product or cart form can be included with the order. Checkout methods and sales channels can differ; this page does not claim every purchase has passed a storefront checkbox. If an approval needed for a custom order is missing, we request it before production. Acceptance of order terms is separate from optional marketing and privacy choices.

Images and vehicle names

Renders, interactive displays and builder previews are illustrations; use the selected description and confirmed specification to identify the goods ordered. Exact product photos must be read with their configuration and included-parts information. Minor color or weave differences do not excuse a material mismatch.

Vehicle manufacturers' names and marks belong to their owners. Mink Mods uses vehicle names to describe compatibility and is an independent aftermarket business, without manufacturer affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
